Idanre is one of the local government areas in Ondo State. Idanre is an ancient historic town located on a scenic hilly areas.
The town is located about 20 km southeast of Akure and has its headquarters in the town known as Owena.
There are several organizations and associations formed within the town whose objectives are to enhance and facilitate the betterment of the town, improve the standard of living of the settlers, influence the educational stand etc.
Idanre Development Foundation is one of the fora in the town and has this time around, as usual, organize free holiday coaching for students in classes Junior Secondary School 1-3 and Senior Secondary School 1-3.
In line with their aim to influence the academic performance of students in the area, they believe this free coaching will go a long way to inculcating in the students quantitative educative and impacting positively in the life of the participants
