Notorious Cultist ‘Mad Dog’ Finally Arrested by Policemen

The Benue State command has nabbed a suspected notorious kidnapper and cultist, Monday Joseph, otherwise known as ‘Mad Dog’ and his team members in the state.
Joseph and his gang members were caught after trying to snatch phones at Logo I area of Makurdi, the Benue State capital from members of the public.
Speaking on the incident, the Benue Police PRO, Moses Yamu on Thursday said that SARS operatives, who nabbed the gunmen recovered dangerous weapons from them.
He said, “We received a distress call that some criminals were attacking and dispossessing innocent members of the public of their phones (GSM handsets) at Logo I area of Makurdi metropolis.
“SARS operatives on patrol responded immediately to the distress and got one Emmanuel Ifeanyi, 23, who belonged to the Red Confraternity at the scene.”
He then led the operatives to his accomplice, one Monday Joseph, 26 aka “Mad Dog”- a self confessed Cult hitman of the Reds Confraternity involved in several cult related killings and robbery in Makurdi.
“A locally fabricated revolver pistol with five rounds of live ammunition, knives, six handsets and assorted charms were recovered from them.
 
“Further investigation led to the arrest of Chimezie Ekeke 28, Sonter Joshua, 15, and Hashimu Abdullahi, 27, all male of Awe Street and Logo 1 areas of Makurdi. They would be charged to court as soon as investigation is concluded,” Yamu added.
